Queue & Co. Sync is a browser extension used exclusively by Queue & Co. clients to automate sales and inventory tracking for their own Whatnot livestream selling business. While the user is running a Whatnot show, the extension reads sales-transaction and stream-status data directly from Whatnot's own page traffic and relays it to that client's private automation workflow, which writes it into the client's own Google Sheet or Airtable base and, optionally, posts a summary alert to the client's own Discord server.
While active on whatnot.com pages, the extension reads:
• Sales transaction details: buyer username, purchase amount, item name, order ID, and the associated livestream ID
• Stream status: when a livestream the user is running has ended
The extension does not read, collect, or transmit any data from any website other than whatnot.com, and does not collect passwords, payment card details, or browsing history.
Collected data is transmitted, over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, only to the Queue & Co. automation workflow the extension is configured to use. That workflow writes the data into the client's own Google Sheet or Airtable base (destinations the client controls and owns) and, if configured, sends a summary alert to the client's own Discord server. Queue & Co. does not sell, share, or use this data for advertising, and does not share it with any third party beyond the client's own configured destinations.
Transaction data is relayed through Queue & Co.'s automation infrastructure to reach the client's own destination; Queue & Co. does not keep a separate permanent copy. A record of recent automation runs (execution logs) is kept on Queue & Co.'s servers for debugging and support purposes, automatically capped and rotated (each service retains its most recent logs up to a fixed size, with older entries automatically deleted as new ones are written) so that log data does not accumulate indefinitely.
Each client's extension installation authenticates to Queue & Co.'s automation workflow using a unique, private key issued only to that client, so one client's data can never be routed to another client's destination.
